Nearly 20 team members were tasked with reviewing incoming financial statements and re-keying holdings data, including cost basis, unrealized gains and losses, tax status, and asset allocation, into investment research tools.

Its multi-stage AI pipeline applies OCR to digitize text, then uses a financial-domain-trained language model to interpret holdings data across custodians and statement types. The system layers in auditing, enrichment, and formatting logic to ensure outputs are accurate, complete, and analysis-ready. Tickers are instantly assigned and verified, accounts are tagged with registration types, custom pivot tables are created on the fly, and asset classes are mapped to OnePoint's existing classifications. The result is clean, structured data extracted reliably from even the most complex or low-quality documents.
